Defrag
From UCanWiki
Disk defragmenter is a program that organises the information stored on your computer's harddrive more efficiently, so that programs and files are quicker to load.
Basic Usage Instructions
1. Open Disk Defragmenter. You should find this in Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools.
2. Disk Defragmenter displays a list of drives connected to your computer. Select the drive you wish to defragment: usually this will be the "C:" drive. Once you have selected the drive you wish to defragment, click the "Analyze" button at the bottom left of the window.
3. Disk Defragmenter will begin analysing the drive you selected to see if it needs to be defragmented. If Disk Defragmenter tells you that the drive does not need to be defragmented then you can close Disk Defragmenter. If Disk Defragmenter tells you that the drive does need to be defragmented, click the "Defragment" button.
4. Disk Defragmenter will now start defragmenting your drive: this can take some time. A blue bar moves across the bottom of the screen from left to right; when it gets to the right, Disk Defragmentation has completed.
